Orthopedic Spine | $200K Sign-On | Minimal General Call
Position Highlights:
- Work-Life Balance: 4.5 day work week; a balanced mix of clinic + OR
- 1:6 call schedule (additional pay for any extra call)

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: $775,000 base, plus production bonus
- Sign-On Bonus: $200,000, 4 year commitment
- Retention Bonus: % of base pay, annually.
- Comprehensive Benefits Package: 6 week's PTO, $5,000 CME allowance with rollover, Excellent health/dental/vision
- Additional Perks: No state income tax
Qualifications:
- Degree: MD/DO
- Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible
