- Efficient ORs, 8-11 cases per day
- General, fracture repair, joint scopes
- Trauma call non-existent & never operate late
- Dedicated MAs & non-operative Orthopod
- Realistic earnings of $700,000-$900,000
- $100,000 Sign-on, 2 Bonus Metrics, CME, and full benefits
