An expanding hospital-employed orthopedic team in the Quad Cities (Eastern Iowa/Western Illinois) is seeking a BC/BE Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon at its regional trauma center.
Practice Details:
• 100% inpatient role, Monday–Friday 8–5
• Shared evening and weekend call 1:8
• Dedicated trauma OR block time and APP support
• Post-operative clinic support included
• Highly collaborative multispecialty teams
• Open to graduating fellows and experienced surgeons
Compensation & Benefits:
• 2-year guaranteed salary of $735K+, plus production above wRVU threshold
• Straight production from year 3 – earning potential $1M+
• $100,000 recruitment incentive; relocation up to $15,000
• 4 weeks vacation, 1 week CME, 6 paid holidays; $6,000 CME
• Day-one health, dental, vision, life, disability
• 401(k) with match + 457(b); malpractice; PSLF eligible

Job Responsibilities
• Operate during dedicated trauma block time
• Provide post-operative follow-up with clinic support
• Participate in 1:8 evening/weekend call
• Collaborate with APPs and multispecialty teams
Qualifications
• Fellowship in Orthopedic Traumatology or Adult Reconstruction
• Board Certified or truly Board Eligible
• Active Iowa and Illinois licenses
• Visa: H-1B (cap-exempt) considered
