A Level II Trauma Center in Tacoma, WA is seeking an experienced Orthopedic Surgeon for Locum Tenens Coverage, ongoing starting with 12/25-1/1/25
-24hr on call shifts
-On going coverage up to 2 weeks per month.
-The dates will be based on what their internal doctor is not working
-Duration: 6 - 9 months
-Facility: Level II Trauma Center in Tacoma, WA
-Setting: Hospital and Outpatient Clinic
-0-7 Cases/Day
-Duties: 2 weeks per month covering the ER 24/7 with dedicated PA support. 3 days outpatient clinic(these days are not confirmed, will be three mornings each week, Monday-Friday.)
-Required Procedures: Full spectrum of orthopedic cases minus complex pelvic issues.
-EMR: EPIC
Requirements:
- Board Certified
- WA or IMLC with LOQ in Hand
- Residency Requirements/Fellowship – Fellowship trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon
- 5 years of Level II Experience or Higher
- BLS, DEA - Will consider candidates that will obtain once offer is accepted.
