An established and growing orthopedic practice in New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Orthopedic Surgeon to join its high-volume surgical team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an orthopedic surgeon with strong surgical expertise and a commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will be Sports Medicine Fellowship-trained and interested in joining a collaborative practice with a strong referral network, advanced facilities, and a supportive multidisciplinary team.
The practice offers primarily outpatient clinic and surgical responsibilities, allowing physicians to focus on providing high-quality orthopedic care while contributing to the continued growth of an established orthopedic program.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build long-term patient relationships while working alongside experienced physicians and healthcare professionals in a collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities
Perform surgical procedures within the scope of general orthopedic practice.
Conduct patient consultations, pre-operative evaluations, and post-operative follow-up care.
Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered orthopedic care.
Manage sports-related injuries and musculoskeletal conditions.
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and comply with professional standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and practice growth efforts.
Support a positive, team-oriented clinical environment.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
Active New Jersey medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
Strong surgical skills and clinical judgment.
Excellent communication skills.
Commitment to exceptional patient care.
Preferred Qualifications:
Sports Medicine Fellowship training.
Experience in a high-volume orthopedic surgical practice.
Strong interest in outpatient orthopedic care.
Ability to develop lasting relationships with patients and the community.
