An expanding orthopedic and musculoskeletal practice serving patients throughout New York and New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeon to join its growing physician team.

This opportunity is ideal for a surgeon who is looking to step into an established patient base, collaborate with experienced orthopedic specialists, and enjoy rapid access to surgical volume through a strong referral network.

In This Role You Will

  • Diagnose and treat a broad range of sports-related injuries and orthopedic conditions.
  • Perform surgical procedures utilizing current evidence-based techniques and best practices.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans that include both operative and non-operative management.
  • Work closely with rehabilitation specialists, physician assistants, and multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Educate patients regarding treatment options, recovery timelines, and injury prevention strategies.
  • Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation.
  • Provide care across multiple outpatient clinics and ambulatory surgery centers located throughout New York and New Jersey.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
  • Fellowship training in Sports Medicine strongly preferred.
  • Eligible for medical licensure in both New York and New Jersey.
  • Strong clinical judgment and surgical expertise in sports medicine and orthopedic care.
  • Passion for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
  • Interest in building a long-term practice within a collaborative organization.
