ORTHOPAEDIC SURGERY – SPORTS MEDICINE

Employment Type: Full-Time

POSITION SUMMARY

Join an established musculoskeletal service providing comprehensive orthopedic care with an emphasis on general orthopedic procedures and sports medicine-related conditions. The position offers immediate access to a growing patient population, a balanced mix of clinic and operative responsibilities, collaboration with a large provider network, and access to advanced surgical and diagnostic resources. Opportunities include care of athletic injuries, arthroscopic procedures, fracture management, and participation in community sports coverage.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Orthopaedic Surgery and/or Sports Medicine.
• Residency training in Orthopaedic Surgery.
• Training or experience in Sports Medicine.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Michigan.
• Open to both newly trained and experienced surgeons.

COMPETENCIES

• Management of general orthopedic conditions, fractures, and musculoskeletal injuries.
• Performance of arthroscopic and sports medicine-related surgical procedures.
• Collaboration with advanced practice providers and multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• Participation in orthopedic call coverage and consultation services.
• Commitment to patient-centered orthopedic and sports medicine care.
