Credentialing Timeframe: ASAP
Rate: $240/hr
Location: Ohio (Clinic/Private Practice)
Coverage Needed: 2-3 days per week for 60-90 day assignment
*Will license*
• Possible Fridays: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic/Sports Medicine clinic (non surgical)
• CLINIC ONLY role — no spine cases and no surgical responsibilities
• Perform large and small joint injections/aspirations
• Provide cortisone and Visco Supplementation injections
• Manage acute and chronic orthopedic/sports medicine pain
• Order and interpret imaging
• Prescribe and manage medications
• Coordinate care with the orthopedic team
• Strong skills in:
o Fracture evaluation & management
o Joint injections/aspirations
o Acute & chronic orthopedic injury assessment

Schedule & Shift Details
• Tuesdays & Thursdays: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM• Possible Fridays: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Clinical Responsibilities
• Evaluate and manage acute and established orthopedic injuries• Perform large and small joint injections/aspirations
• Provide cortisone and Visco Supplementation injections
• Manage acute and chronic orthopedic/sports medicine pain

• Prescribe and manage medications
• Coordinate care with the orthopedic team
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of orthopedic/sports medicine experience• Strong skills in:
o Fracture evaluation & management
o Joint injections/aspirations
o Acute & chronic orthopedic injury assessment
