  • Joining a well-established, busy Orthopedic Spine program as Faculty. With two retiring physicians, there is a high need for Board Certified Orthopedic Spine Surgeons to join their team.
  • They are seeing 15 to 30 patients per clinic day and performing many procedures monthly.
  • The candidate will be working alongside 2 Physicians, as well as 20 Residents in this Blue Collar academic and community teaching opportunity.
  • The physician will be on call 1 to 8 or 9, with coverage by Trauma, Neuro, and Peds Physicians as well. Someone with experience would be a plus.
  • The need is for 1 or 2 new Physicians to join the team.
  • The facility has a total of 16 operating rooms and Ortho has 2 ORs per week already in use.
  • The University has full procedure rooms.
  • The physician will have the help of the available/existing staff.
  • The salary for a BC/BE physician will be a salary of around 550-600k guaranteed for 2 years with productivity bonuses with no ceiling.
  • There will be a Recruitment Bonus of 35K which includes the relocation fee.
  • All malpractice will be provided for the physician by the University.
  • Full Health Benefits, with excellent Retirement plans.
