Orthopedic Surgery - Spine Focus | Texas Metro | Excellent Comp Package | No State Income Tax

A premier healthcare system in west Texas is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join the largest ORS multi-specialty group in Texas, a role opening up because of tremendous, sustained growth. This is a true turn-key practice: you're walking into a well-established patient panel with strong surgical volume from day one and a tremendous community reputation driving continued demand. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, with 1-2 days in the OR and 3-4 days in clinic, seeing approximately 18-20 patients per week and performing 18-22 surgeries per month — bread-and-butter spine cases, split roughly 60% outpatient and 40% inpatient. And remarkably, there is no call. You'll operate with access to 3 Da Vinci robotic systems and state-of-the-art technology, backed by an essentially 1:1 physician-to-APP ratio that gives you real, consistent support.
