The Brainerd Lakes Area offers a vibrant community with a population of 65,000 and a regional service area of 115,000, making it an ideal place to build both a successful career and fulfilling lifestyle. **Facility:** This is a well-established medical clinic that has been serving the Brainerd Lakes area since 1975. The facility is part of a respected healthcare system and includes a dedicated Orthopedics department with plans for developing a new Musculoskeletal Center. The facility maintains strong connections with the nearby hospital, which is only 3.5 miles away. **Opportunity:** Orthopedic Surgery - Spine: This position offers the chance to join a collaborative team of 5 well-established orthopedic surgeons in a practice that values subspecialty training. The opportunity includes potential ownership in a local Outpatient Surgery Center and participation in the development of a new Musculoskeletal Center. **Job Details:**

  • Enjoy 32+ contact hours in the clinic over 4 days per week or 8 hours per day
  • Flexibility to distribute hours over 5 days if preferred
  • Hospital consultations and rounding are a small component of the schedule
  • Anticipated weekly volume of 10 inpatient consultants
  • Anticipated weekly volume of 75 office patients
  • Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
  • Qualifications: MD or DO candidates who are BE/BC in Orthopedic Surgery
**Compensation:** Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
