**Facility:** This is a well-established medical clinic that has been serving the Brainerd Lakes area since 1975. The facility is part of a respected healthcare system and includes a dedicated Orthopedics department with plans for developing a new Musculoskeletal Center. The facility maintains strong connections with the nearby hospital, which is only 3.5 miles away.
**Opportunity:** Orthopedic Surgery - Spine: This position offers the chance to join a collaborative team of 5 well-established orthopedic surgeons in a practice that values subspecialty training. The opportunity includes potential ownership in a local Outpatient Surgery Center and participation in the development of a new Musculoskeletal Center.

- Enjoy 32+ contact hours in the clinic over 4 days per week or 8 hours per day
- Flexibility to distribute hours over 5 days if preferred
- Hospital consultations and rounding are a small component of the schedule
- Anticipated weekly volume of 10 inpatient consultants
- Anticipated weekly volume of 75 office patients
- Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- Qualifications: MD or DO candidates who are BE/BC in Orthopedic Surgery
