Orthopedic Surgery - Peds Focus | Texas Metro | Excellent Comp Package | No State Income Tax

A premiere healthcare system in west Texas is seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon with pediatric experience (approximately 40% adult/general ortho, 60% peds) to join the largest ORS multi-specialty group in Texas, based at the beautiful, modern Campus. A role opening up because of tremendous, sustained growth. This is a true turn-key practice: you're walking into a well-established patient panel with strong surgical volume from day one and a tremendous community reputation driving continued demand. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, with 1-2 days in the OR and 3-4 days in clinic, seeing approximately 18-20 patients per week and performing about 8 surgeries per week — bread-and-butter cases, split roughly 60% outpatient and 40% inpatient. You'll operate with access to 3 Da Vinci robotic systems and state-of-the-art technology, backed by an essentially 1:1 physician-to-APP ratio that gives you real, consistent support.
