###Orthopedic Surgery – Hand Surgery Physician - Waterloo, IA ##Position Details:

  • Full-time, multi-specialty opportunity
  • Efficient, well-supported clinic located at an ambulatory campus with a multi-specialty ASC attached
  • Schedule: Monday‚ÄìFriday, 8:00 AM ‚Äì 5:00 PM
  • Shared call with a strong work/life balance
  • 204-bed hospital, Level III Trauma Center
  • Established hospitalist team
  • 16-bed ICU with dedicated intensivist coverage ##
Responsibilities: Management of upper extremity conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings Flexible work week with dedicated surgery days at both the hospital and ASC Midlevel support (NP/PA) Collaborative team environment focused on improving the health of the people and communities we serve ##Qualifications: MD or DO Fellowship trained in Hand surgery. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of Iowa Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice Eligible to work in the United States ##About the area: There are a lot of reasons to live, learn, work and play in the Cedar Valley.
