Job description
We are seeking an Orthopedic Hand Surgeon for a locum tenens position in Boise, Idaho. This is a call-only coverage opportunity in an acute care hospital setting. Please see below for more information.
Job Responsibilities
Respond to call-back requests for evaluation and management of hand and upper extremity injuries and conditions
Perform surgical intervention as clinically indicated
Consult with emergency department and hospital medical staff as needed
Complete clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
Qualifications
Candidates willing to obtain Idaho licensure will be considered
Working Hours
24-hour on-call coverage
24-hour call shifts, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m.
Call period spans day, swing, and night coverage
