We are seeking an Orthopedic Hand Surgeon for a locum tenens position in Spokane, Washington. This is a call-only coverage opportunity in an inpatient setting. Please see below for more information.
- Level II trauma center
- Epic EMR
Job Responsibilities
Evaluate and manage hand trauma and acute orthopedic hand consults presenting through the emergency department and inpatient units
Perform operative hand procedures as indicated by consult volume
Coordinate care with the orthopedic surgery service and multidisciplinary inpatient teams
Document all clinical encounters in Epic
Qualifications
Fellowship trained in Hand Surgery
Washington state medical license or IMLC required
DEA required
Working Hours
Call-only coverage
Day and night call responsibilities included
