Client is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join our growing team in Hanover, PA. This is an outstanding opportunity for a fellowship-trained Hand/Upper Extremity specialist to step into an established, high-volume practice with a strong referral network, dedicated clinical support, and access to advanced surgical facilities.
This employed position offers the opportunity to build on an established patient base while becoming part of one of the region’s leading healthcare organizations.
Position Highlights:
Employed physician opportunity with Client
Turnkey practice opportunity with immediate patient volume
Join a thriving hand surgery practice as the current specialist transitions toward retirement
Established referral network from Client family medicine and internal medicine providers
High-volume clinical environment with strong growth potential
Access to one of the region’s largest and most advanced outpatient surgical facilities
State-of-the-art surgery center located in Hanover, PA
2–3 operating room days per week with potential for a dedicated flip room
Experienced clinical support team, including:
Dedicated Physician Assistant with extensive hand surgery experience
Two experienced medical assistants
Strong operational and administrative support

Job Responsibilities
Active medical license upon hire:
Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon, or
Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
Certification from:
American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, or
American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery
Must qualify for and obtain membership on the medical staff of one or more Client hospitals
Qualifications
Required Education & Training:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency program
Fellowship training in Hand Surgery/Upper Extremity Surgery
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
Skills
Strong clinical knowledge and surgical skills in orthopedic hand and upper extremity care
Excellent patient care and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical teams
Teaching and mentoring skills preferred
