QUALIFICATIONS
• Board-eligible or board-certified in Orthopaedic Surgery and/or Hand Surgery.
• Residency training in orthopaedic surgery.
• Fellowship training in hand surgery.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Kentucky.
• Interest in providing operative and outpatient hand surgery services.

• Ability to manage a broad range of hand and upper-extremity conditions.
• Skill in performing operative and non-operative orthopaedic procedures.
