Hand & Upper Extremity Orthopedic Surgeon – Oregon

A regional Level II trauma center is seeking a Fellowship-Trained Hand & Upper Extremity Orthopedic Surgeon to join a comprehensive and well-supported orthopedic team.

Position Highlights:

• Employed position with productivity-based compensation
• Practice at a Level II Trauma Center and regional referral hub

  • Hospital-owned ASC
  • Main OR
  • Onsite imaging
  • Dedicated hand therapy
  • WALANT procedure room
• Established Hand to Shoulder clinic with strong outpatient volume and dedicated OR time
• Broad case mix including fingertip to elbow (option to expand into shoulder)
• 1:4 hand call, supported by orthopedic residents
• Opportunity to work with collegiate athletes
• Robust referral network serving 300,000+ population across multiple counties
• Collaborative environment with mid-level support and resident involvement
• EPIC EMR system

Qualifications:

• Fellowship-trained in Hand & Upper Extremity
• CAQ in Hand Surgery (or eligible)
• Board Certified / Board Eligible
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Team-oriented with a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Experience preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply
