The Permanente Medical Group is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Hand surgeon to join our collegial and well-established team in Napa Solano. Position Highlights
- Team Composition: 16 surgeons (5 Hand, 4 Total Joint, 4 Sports, 1 Shoulder Elbow, 2 Trauma)
- Collaborative Model: Work closely with 12 experienced Physician Assistants
- Surgical Focus: Hand – elective and trauma
- OR Time: 1–2 days per week
- Call Schedule: ~1 in 16 (Level 2 and 3 community trauma)
- Dedicated trauma room time available

Full-time annual salary range is $600,000 to $625,020 plus additional potential incentives up to $73,080*. Salary range listed is based on a full-time schedule. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. *Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.

Requirements:
- Board Certification or Eligibility
- Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice within CA
