* 100% Orthopedic Hand, no general
* up to 20K RVUs available per year, Seeking a surgeon who can perform 450+ cases, taking 4 weeks of call per year (telephone call for hand only)
* Ideal candidate will balance clinical care, teaching and research
* abundant in-house referrals available
* Surgeries performed in an Ambulatory Surgery Center
* Base plus RVUs with potential income of $1mil+ depending on how busy one wants to be
