UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopaedic Hand Surgeon to join its expanding Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. This clinical faculty position offers a busy, diverse hand and upper extremity practice across our academic medical center and affiliated hospitals.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-volume surgical practice while contributing to resident and fellow education in one of the nation’s top academic health systems. This is an outstanding opportunity to advance your career in a clinically focused academic role.

Job Responsibilities

High-volume hand surgery practice including trauma, elective procedures, microsurgery, and complex wrist, elbow, and forearm conditions.

Predominantly clinical role.

Opportunities to teach and mentor orthopaedic surgery residents and fellows.

Collaborate with a nationally recognized, multidisciplinary orthopaedic faculty team.

Access to advanced surgical technology and academic resources.

Faculty appointment at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

Fellowship training in Orthopaedic Hand Surgery.

Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery (Hand subspecialty certification strongly preferred).
