Healthcare United is actively seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Upper Extremity Orthopedic Surgeon to join a well-established and rapidly growing orthopedic group in Central Florida. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-volume, trauma-focused role with an experienced team and a clear path to partnership.
Job Description

Focused on Upper Extremity Orthopedics with an emphasis on:

Trauma-based cases
-
Fracture management
-
Some soft tissue procedures
-

Monday–Friday work schedule with 1:6 shared call

Work within an established, thriving orthopedic practice

Strong clinical and administrative support team

Surgical privileges at both hospital systems and partner-owned ASC
-
Partnership opportunity with ownership potential in the Ambulatory Surgical Center

Licenses, dues, and continuing education expenses covered by employer
Requirements
-
Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified, Fellowship trained in Hand & Upper Extremity surgery

Proficient in managing trauma and fracture cases
-
A collaborative mindset and strong commitment to patient care

Doctorate in medicine from an accredited university required

Must hold US citizenship or permanent residency

Must obtain a Florida license
