is actively seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Upper Extremity Orthopedic Surgeon to join a well-established and rapidly growing orthopedic group in Central Florida. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-volume, trauma-focused role with an experienced team and a clear path to partnership.


Job Description

  • Focused on Upper Extremity Orthopedics with an emphasis on:

    • Trauma-based cases

    • Fracture management

    • Some soft tissue procedures

  • Monday–Friday work schedule with 1:6 shared call

  • Work within an established, thriving orthopedic practice

  • Strong clinical and administrative support team

  • Surgical privileges at both hospital systems and partner-owned ASC

  • Partnership opportunity with ownership potential in the Ambulatory Surgical Center

  • Licenses, dues, and continuing education expenses covered by employer


Requirements

  • Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified, Fellowship trained in Hand & Upper Extremity surgery

  • Proficient in managing trauma and fracture cases

  • A collaborative mindset and strong commitment to patient care

  • Doctorate in medicine from an accredited university required

  • Must hold US citizenship or permanent residency

  • Must obtain a Florida license
