Med Ninjas is recruiting a board-certified or truly board-eligible Total Joint and Adult Reconstruction Orthopedic Surgeon to be a foundational member of a new orthopedic practice in the Quad Cities. Compensation is guaranteed at $739,000 for two years with $1M+ earning potential under a straight production model beginning in year three.

Compensation & Benefits

• $739,000 guaranteed for two years, with production beginning after 10,650 wRVUs

You Must Have

• ABOS board certification, or true board eligibility with certification within five years, no exceptions

• Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction or Total Joint Arthroplasty, preferred

• Valid Iowa and Illinois licenses, or an active IMLC with willingness to obtain

• Strong clinical and surgical skill set across total joints and revision work

• Current, unrestricted state and federal prescribing authority

• Active DEA and BLS certification

• Clean malpractice and license history, highly preferred

• NPDB self-query pulled within 30 days of submission

• Visa sponsorship is not available; no J-1 or H-1B
