Would you have interest in a tremendous growth opportunity as this completely independent community hospital in Minnesota seeks to establish a regional center of excellence? Retiring area physicians have created a deficit of orthopedists and the organization seeks to capitalize with significant expansion. Now interviewing 2027 and 2028 fellows.
NEED: Strong need for total joints (anterior and/or posterior), fractures, and general orthopedics. In addition to local retirements, the onsite FM/Sports physician will significantly drive referrals!
WORK/LIFE: No call
SUPPORT & COLLEGIALITY: The current orthopedists would love to mentor you and you will be fully supported by a dedicated PA.
STATE OF THE ART FACILITIES: Level IV Trauma Center with six (6) well-equipped ORs. Advanced anterior approach surgical equipment and an administration ready to say 'yes' to your requests.
EXTREMELY COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: 800k ongoing base plus RVUs, 50k sign on bonus, 7500 CME, 9% contribution to your retirement, tail insurance
With three local universities and a thriving urban eclectic downtown area, you will find a youthful vibe in this southeast Minnesota location.
