An established physician network is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Hip & Joint Replacement to join a collaborative and experienced orthopedic team in Harlingen, Texas. The group includes experts in General Orthopedics, Hand, Trauma, and Sports Medicine, offering an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and high-performing environment. Position Highlights
Office located in a medical office building connected to the hospital, within walking distance of operating rooms
2–3 days in clinic with dedicated OR block time; flexible scheduling available
Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Approximately 70% inpatient / 30% outpatient
Shared call rotation of 3–5 days per month, including general orthopedic call
Dedicated orthopedic/trauma floor with strong trauma coverage
Candidate Requirements
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
Fellowship training or substantial experience in Hip & Joint Replacement preferred
Trauma certification a plus

This opportunity includes privileges at a 586-bed Level II Trauma Center that serves as a regional leader in advanced care, with potential for dual privileges at a nearby sister facility. The hospital features:
- Four state-of-the-art Cath Lab suites (cardiac, EP, and neuro)
- Advanced surgical technology, including multiple da Vinci robots, Brainlab navigation systems, AIRO mobile intraoperative CT, and Cirq robotic surgical arm for minimally invasive spine procedures
