Academic Community Affiliate is searching for a BC/BE Adult Reconstruction orthopedic surgeon to join their well-established, experienced team in Central Massachusetts.


About the Position:

  • Join 5 orthopedic surgeons, a physiatrist, and 5 APPs
  • Ideal candidate will have Adult Reconstruction Fellowship (Hip and Knee)
  • General orthopedic call is 1:5 and shared equally
  • Outpatient clinic with dedicated OR time
  • Monday through Friday work week
  • Full-time, employed position
  • Compensation based on MGMA Guidelines with a complete benefits package

Who We Are Seeking:

  • Five years of dedicated practice in this field is desired
  • MA licensed or MA license eligible

About the facility:

A newly expanded, state-of-the-art office facility offers onsite radiology, physical & occupational therapy, and a wellness and sports performance center. The operating room and the primary post-operative unit feature significant ORs with modern and up-to-date technology.


We currently average 500 - 700 annual primary and revision joint replacements to expand. We follow the best practices and aim to care for our hip and knee replacement patients consistently and collaboratively.
