Dentist Opportunity Location: Jennings, Louisiana • Seeking a Dentist (DDS/DMD) to provide comprehensive dental care, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and rehabilitation services. • Examine patients, diagnose dental conditions, and develop and provide appropriate treatment plans. • Perform dental procedures within approved clinical privileges and refer patients to specialists when appropriate. • Educate patients on oral health, disease prevention, treatment options, and overall wellness. • Maintain accurate and timely dental records, referrals, and required documentation. • Participate in dental/medical staff meetings, quality assurance, and continuous performance improvement activities. • Support staff education, training, orientation, and community health education as needed. • Work collaboratively with dental and medical professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care. • Promote a professional, respectful, and welcoming environment while protecting patient privacy and confidentiality. • Follow applicable federal/state regulations, clinical standards, organizational policies, and safety procedures. Qualifications • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school. • Current, unrestricted Louisiana dental license. • CPR certification required. • Knowledge of dental medicine, patient care, prevention, and treatment practices. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with dental and medical staff. • Strong communication, patient education, and interpersonal skills. • Commitment to serving diverse and community-based patient populations. • Ability to participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
