Job Description & Requirements

This is a rare opportunity for a dual-degree OMS surgeon with a focus on facial trauma, reconstruction, head & neck/maxillofacial oncology, and microvascular surgery. The practice offers immediate surgical volume, strong APP support, significant autonomy, and opportunities for research.

Opportunity Highlights

· Up to $580,000 Base salary + 50K Sign on Bonus + 10K relocation

· 2-year salary guarantee, followed by an RVU-based compensation model

· Realistic earning potential of $750,000–$850,000 once fully productive

· Approximately 95% OR-based

· Hospital moving from Level 2 to Level 1 Trauma designation

· Established referral base and broad reconstructive/oncologic case mix

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with:

· Craniomaxillofacial trauma and reconstruction

· Microvascular reconstruction

· Head & neck/maxillofacial oncology

· Benign maxillofacial pathology

· Ablative surgery

Schedule & Call

· Initial call expectation of 7–10 days/month, with a long-term goal of approximately 1 week/month (1:4)

· APPs manage first call and trauma triage

· Trauma service is primarily consultative
