Key Responsibilities
- Perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including:
- Tooth extractions (including impacted wisdom teeth)
- Dental implants
- Bone grafting and ridge augmentation
- Treatment of oral pathology
- Evaluate patients and develop comprehensive surgical treatment plans
- Educate patients on procedures, risks, and post-operative care
- Collaborate closely with general dentists and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to best practices

Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Completion of an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMS) residency program
- Active Ohio dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong surgical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
