An established, physician-led surgical practice is seeking a full-time Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a collaborative and high-performing team in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon will perform a broad range of surgical procedures, including complex oral, facial, and implant surgeries. Responsibilities

Provide full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgical care, including extractions, implants, and reconstructive procedures
Collaborate with multidisciplinary specialists and referring providers
Maintain the highest standards of safety, ethics, and patient satisfaction
Supervise and mentor clinical staff as needed
Participate in call coverage and quality improvement initiatives
Stay current with advancements in oral surgery and emerging technologies

Qualifications

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (ABOMS)
Eligible for Wisconsin medical licensure (or willing to obtain)
Demonstrated excellence in patient care and clinical outcomes
