Opportunity Highlights:
- Immediate high-volume case load in a well-established practice
- $400K base salary plus $50K sign-on bonus
- Potential to earn $1M+ by Year 2 with a 30% uncapped production bonus
- No hospital call required
- Full-scope surgical practice including implants, wisdom teeth, and full-arch procedures
- Use advanced tech: CBCT, 3D printing, in-house lab, and facial scanning
- Partnership track available in 1–2 years
