Details:

  • Full scope Optometry services for adults and children
  • Site will include co-location with Dentistry, Endocrinology, Behavioral Health, Podiatry, Geriatrics, and Diabetes Nurse Education
  • Teaching and research opportunities through affiliated academic partners, including academic title and resources
  • Opportunity for leadership and performance improvement project involvement
  • Documentation in eClinical Works electronic health record
  • Billing submission at the time of office visit is expected

Requirements:

  • New graduates of training programs encouraged to apply
  • The Director will also oversee the Patient Engagement Manager, who supervisors the Care Coordinators throughout the Center
  • Experience with CLIA, The Joint Commission and NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home preferred
  • Position directly reports to the Chief Medical Officer
