Job description
A community-focused health system in Central Washington is seeking a BE/BC Ophthalmologist who wants strong income, a 4-day schedule, and a lifestyle that's hard to find in a big city.
Total income potential ranges from $458,000 to $592,000, with a recruitment package designed to put you ahead financially from day one.
Position Overview:
• True 4-day work week.
• Ophthalmology income potential of $458,000 to $592,000.
• Join a health system committed to expanding access to specialty eye care in the community.
Compensation Overview:
• Total income potential: $458,000 to $592,000.
• Up to $90,000 sign-on bonus.
• Up to $200,000 in student loan repayment.
• Up to $30,000 residency stipend ($2,000/month).
• Comprehensive benefits including 8 weeks PTO, $20,000 relocation package, CME, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, malpractice, and 401(k).
Living in Central Washington:
• Your income goes further here. Typical homes run around $360K compared to about $590K across the state, and lakefront options are available.
• With 120+ miles of shoreline and abundant sunshine, weekends are made for boating, paddleboarding, fishing, and golf.
• Spokane is a quick drive, Seattle makes an easy weekend trip, and the Cascades and Columbia River offer endless trails and scenery.
