Grow your surgical practice with an established, independent ophthalmology group in Reno, Nevada. Enjoy clinical autonomy, a fully equipped on-site ASC, and a pathway to partnership.
• Refractive, cataract, and LASIK focus, with general ophthalmology as needed.
• Competitive starting compensation plus sign-on, relocation, and retention bonuses.
• Dedicated scribe and support from three optometrists.
• Approximately 30–40 evaluations per clinic day and 20–30 surgical cases on OR days.
• Surgery scheduled every other Monday and every Wednesday.
• Employer-paid comprehensive medical coverage, malpractice coverage, PTO, and CME stipend.
• State license and DEA reimbursement.

Job Responsibilities
• Perform cataract, refractive, and LASIK procedures within clinical privileges.
• Manage surgical and complex ophthalmic cases.
• Collaborate with optometrists on referrals and continuity of care.
Qualifications
• Eligible for Nevada medical licensure and required credentialing.
• Refractive/cataract fellowship training preferred.
• Interest in collaborative private practice and long-term partnership.
