- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Full-time coverage needed
- Provider must cover a minimum of one week at a time
- 4 clinic days per week
- 1 procedure day per week
- 1:4 call rotation
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- Patients Per Clinic Day: 30+
- Procedures Per Procedure Day: 8+
- No admissions required
- No rounding responsibilities
- EMR: Epic
- Hospital/Surgery Center Privileges Required
- Stroke-Certified Hospital
- Trauma Level II
- Call Ratio: 1:4
- Response Time: 20 minutes
- Requirements: Board Certified Ophthalmology, BLS
- Estimated Timeframe: 90 Days
