Practice Details
- Join 2 ophthalmologists and 5 optometrists
- Certified COA & COT techs
- Call: 1:9 - Saturday morning only (4 hours)
- Clinic - 30 patients/day
- One injection day/week – 40 patients
- OR block – 1 day/week
- Optical onsite
- Cataract surgery including premium IOLs, MIGS, oculoplastic, and busy retina injection therapy

- Compensation floor of $600,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
- In addition, a $150,000 retention incentive to be forgiven if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years
