A growing patient-focused practice is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join its team on a full-time or part-time basis (0.5–1.0 FTE, approximately 2–4 days per week).
This opportunity is ideal for an ENT physician seeking a flexible schedule, minimal call responsibilities, and the ability to provide high-quality care while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.
Job Responsibilities

Opportunity to perform surgical ENT procedures within scope of practice
Qualifications
Conduct initial and follow-up patient consultations
Diagnose and treat a broad range of ENT conditions
Perform surgical ENT procedures as appropriate
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff
Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and medications
Develop and document individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Otolaryngology
Active state medical license or eligibility for licensure
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
