The Optometrist will provide comprehensive eye care in a relaxed, patient-centered environment. This position is ideal for a doctor who wants to practice full-scope optometry, develop a loyal patient base, and grow into a business partner and future owner.
Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage ocular disease (e.g., dry eye, glaucoma, macular degeneration) within the scope of optometric practice
Provide contact lens services
Educate patients on eye health, treatment plans, and preventive care
Collaborate with staff to ensure a premium, boutique-level patient experience
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
Active Delaware optometry license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in private practice management, business development, and ownership
Professional, ethical, and patient-focused approach
Working Hours
No evenings, no weekends
