Client is seeking a Fellowship-Trained Oculoplastic Surgeon to join our rapidly growing, multi-location, multispecialty ophthalmology practice in Erie, Pennsylvania.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join an established practice with a strong referral base, significant existing surgical volume, and a collaborative team of experienced ophthalmologists and optometrists.

Job Responsibilities
Work closely with ophthalmologists, optometrists, primary care providers, and other specialists to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
Participate in multidisciplinary discussions to optimize clinical outcomes.
Contribute to maintaining a high standard of quality, safety, and evidence-based clinical practice.
Practice Development:
Support the continued growth of an established referral network and surgical practice.
Build strong relationships with referring physicians and community providers.
Participate in practice initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
Completion of an accredited Ophthalmology Residency Program.
Fellowship training in Oculoplastic and Orbital Surgery (Ophthalmic Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery).
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology.
Eligible for medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Demonstrated expertise in medical and surgical management of oculoplastic conditions.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered, evidence-based care.
Qualifications
Experience managing a high-volume surgical practice.
Interest in helping expand oculoplastic services within a growing multispecialty practice.
Commitment to quality improvement, clinical excellence, and professional development.
