Full Time | Comprehensive Ophthalmology
Seeking BC/BE General Ophthalmologist to join an established ophthalmology practice in Onalaska, Wisconsin.
Position Highlights:
Join a collaborative team of 5 Ophthalmologists and 5 Optometrists
Comprehensive practice including:
- General Ophthalmology
- Cornea
- Glaucoma
- Optometry services
Cataract surgery required
Opportunity to perform additional procedures based on training and interests, including:
- Anterior segment surgery
- Oculoplastics
- Adult strabismus surgery
Subspecialty-trained candidates encouraged to apply
Practice Details:
4.5-day work week
Clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Surgical block time: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Call schedule: 1:5
Approximately 25-30 clinic patients per day
10-15 surgical cases per week
Collaborative multidisciplinary care model
Qualifications:
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
Completion of an accredited Ophthalmology residency
Fellowship training welcomed but not required
Eligible for Wisconsin medical licensure
