Oculoplastic Surgeon Opportunity – Green Bay, Wisconsin
BayCare Clinic Eye Specialists is seeking a fellowship-trained Oculoplastic Surgeon to join one of the Midwest's premier physician-owned ophthalmology practices. This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly established practice with immediate volume, mentorship from a senior Oculoplastic Surgeon, partnership potential, and access to a referral region covering more than 36,000 square miles throughout Northeast Wisconsin and Michigan's Upper Peninsula.
Position Highlights
• Fellowship-trained Ophthalmic Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (OPRS) position
• Join a well-established ophthalmology practice with a 75+ year history
• Immediate patient volume and strong referral base
• Large regional catchment area spanning Northeast Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan
• Dedicated clinical support team including experienced ophthalmic technicians
• State-of-the-art clinic and surgical facilities
• On-site ambulatory surgery center
• No required satellite clinics
Practice Structure
• Work alongside an experienced Oculoplastic Surgeon with nearly 30 years of experience
• Current practice model:
• 2 clinic days per week
• 3 dedicated surgery days per week
• Monday–Friday schedule
• No evening clinic hours
• No weekend clinic responsibilities
• Strong relationships with referring physicians and hospital leadership

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Ophthalmologist
• Fellowship-trained in Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (OPRS)
• Eligible for Wisconsin medical licensure
