Position Highlights:
Established ophthalmology practice with standalone ASC
COA/COT-certified support staff
Advanced technology including Heidelberg Spectralis OCT
Epic EMR in both ambulatory and inpatient settings
AI ambient dictation (Microsoft DAX Copilot)
Citywide call coverage of 1:6
After-hours nurse triage support for patient calls
Ability to develop and expand subspecialty interests
Teaching opportunities with medical students and residents
Physician-led environment with strong emphasis on work-life balance
Qualifications:
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
Eligible for Wisconsin medical licensure
Interest in collaborative, patient-centered care
