Join an established retina only practice in the Las Vegas and Henderson metro area as a fellowship trained Vitreoretinal Surgeon.

Position Highlights

• Surgical Volume: Current retina surgeons are booked months in advance, providing immediate access to patient volume.
• Clinical Support: Work with a dedicated scribe, 1 to 2 PCAs, and ophthalmic technicians.
• Flexible Schedule: Choose a 4 or 5 day workweek with dedicated blocked OR time.
• Clinical Autonomy: Shape your case mix and clinical volume based on your professional goals.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: Negotiable salary guarantee with production incentives and first year earning potential of $650,000 to $900,000+.
• Partnership: 1 year partnership track with partners earning $1M+ annually.
• Additional Incentives: Signing bonus, relocation assistance, retention bonus, fellowship stipend, and loan assistance available.

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO with completion of a U.S. based ophthalmology residency
• Completion of a Vitreoretinal fellowship
• Open to 2027 graduating fellows
