- Team of 4 Ophthalmologists and 10 Optometrists
- Replace retiring physician – busy day one!
- Efficient workflow setup with four (4) clinic days & one (1) surgery day per week
- Volumes = 30–50 clinical patients/day; 10–20 cataract surgeries/week
- No call requirement
- Competitive compensation with 75th–90th percentile earnings + bonuses = $700,000+ earning potential
