- Seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified fellowship-trained Glaucoma Surgeon to join a busy, well-established ophthalmology practice in the region
- Competitive salary range of approximately $385,000–$415,000 annually, with additional incentive potential
- Flexible employment structure—full-time or part-time schedules welcome
- Opportunity to develop a high-volume glaucoma/MIGS surgical practice with strong referral base and mentorship from experienced colleagues
- Join a collaborative team comprised of multiple ophthalmologists, optometrists, a low-vision specialist, opticians, and dedicated EMR support staff; subspecialty services include retina, cornea, pediatric ophthalmology, and neuro-ophthalmology
- Typical call responsibility is 1:5
- Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness through not-for-profit employment status
