VITREORETINAL SPECIALIST
Join a respected Academic Medical Center and Tertiary Referral Center
Position Highlights:
- Ideal Practice Environment: Strong referral base, three dedicated exam lanes, procedure room, and separate imaging suite
- Tertiary Referral Center: Management of complex retinal procedures and optional ocular oncology involvement
- Dedicated Support Team: Ophthalmic tech, midlevel support staff, injection room tech, scribe, and photography team
- Teaching & Research: 90% clinical, 10% education; train residents and retina fellow; access to cutting-edge clinical trials, including retina gene therapy
- Retina-only weekday call: (1:2) weekend call (1:6) shared with community group; limited general call
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: 2-year guarantee and earning potential of $525K with reasonable production expectations

Qualifications:
- Degree: MD or DO
- Certifications: Surgical Retina Fellowship required
- Licensure: Must be in possession of or able to acquire a MS license
