- 11/30/26 - Ongoing
- Hours: 8-hour clinical days; 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- Workweek: 4-5 days/week; Monday-Friday only
- No weekends; No call
- Clinic flow: 1 day/week reserved for OTV (on-treatment visits)
- =Patient volume: 7-10 clinic patients/day; per shift typically 7-12 follow-ups or 12-15 active-treatment encounters
- Technology/Equipment: Siemens SomaTom CT Simulator (2015), Varian TrueBeam w/ CBCT & VMAT & The Edge SRS (Vision RT/OSMS) - 2015, Varian Trilogy w/ CBCT & VMAT - 2015, Elekta-Nucletron HDR with Oncentra
- EMR System: Epic
- Certifications: BC, OH license, ABLS and BLS, Fellowship
- Estimated credentialing time: ~20 days
