Locums | Radiation Oncology | Mount Clemens / Clarkston, MI (active MI license required)
Why This Role
Defined weekday schedule across two sites
Adult patients only
Approximately 95% outpatient care
Onsite lab and imaging services
Broad radiation therapy scope
Assignment Details
Start: December; exact date and year to be confirmed
Duration: To be confirmed
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Mount Clemens: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Clarkston: Tuesday and Thursday
Coverage: Clinic plus call; call schedule to be confirmed
Clinics closed Saturday and Sunday
Volume: Approximately 25 patients daily
Setting: Approximately 95% outpatient and 5% inpatient
Population: Adults only
Support: One full-time oncologist covering both locations as of December 1; no APP coverage
Resources: Onsite lab and imaging services
Systems: ARIA for radiation oncology; Cerner for hospital documentation
Credentialing: Timeframe not provided
Clinical Details
Conventional and 3D radiotherapy
External beam radiation, including 3D-CRT, IGRT, and IMRT
Fractionated stereotactic radiotherapy
Stereotactic body radiation therapy
Stereotactic radiosurgery
Ordering diagnostic tests and imaging
Prescribing treatment
Requirements
BC in Radiation Oncology
Active Michigan medical license required at submission
Active DEA
Experience with the listed radiation therapy techniques
Willingness to cover both Mount Clemens and Clarkston
Local providers preferred
