Outpatient only; no call
Full-time, ongoing coverage
2 full-time physicists and a medical dosimetrist
Locums-to-perm potential during permanent search
Assignment Details
Dates: November 30, 2026–ongoing; start subject to credentialing
Schedule: Full-time; daily hours to be confirmed
Coverage: Outpatient radiation oncology; no call or admissions
Volume: Approximately 12–15 clinic patients daily and 20–25 patients under treatment daily
Setting: Outpatient clinic with 4 exam rooms
Support: 2 full-time physicists, 1 full-time medical dosimetrist, nursing and office staff
No APP or resident supervision required
EMR: Epic
Credentialing: 45–120 days
Clinical Details
Required treatment delivery: Linear accelerator, RapidArc/VMAT, electrons, conventional/conformal therapy, IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, and SRS
Required planning: Conventional planning, MLC beam shaping, 3D CRT, IMRT, PET/CT or MRI image fusion, and electronic portal imaging
Required: Clinical trial participation
Preferred: Hyperaltered fractionation
Not required: Brachytherapy, Tomotherapy, CyberKnife, Gamma Knife, IORT, total body irradiation, or total skin electrons
