Part Time Radiation Oncologist Opening in Cooperstown, NY
Located in Cooperstown, NY
Overview
* An academic, physician led health system in Central New York is seeking a part time (3 days per week) BC/BE Radiation Oncologist
* Leadership opportunity as Division Chief
* Coverage includes two cancer treatment centers, one in Cooperstown and one in Oneonta
* Full spectrum of radiation oncology services including IMRT, IGRT, 3D conformal therapy, SRS, SBRT, SGRT, brachytherapy, respiratory gating and radiopharmaceuticals
* Department accredited by ASTRO APEx through 2028
* Clinical trials on site from major cooperative groups as well as industry sponsored trials
* Cancer program accredited as a Comprehensive Community Cancer Center since 1947, with multidisciplinary tumor boards
* Fully integrated Epic electronic record
Qualifications
* BC/BE in Radiation Oncology
* Completion of an accredited US Radiation Oncology residency
* New York licensure or eligibility to obtain
* BLS and DEA required
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary range $330,000 to $378,000 based on a 3 day work week
* Sign on bonus up to $60,000
